Privacy Policy

Last updated September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how XenoMateria (“XenoMateria”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with the website at xenomateria.com (the “Site”). XenoMateria is based in the State of New Mexico, United States. This policy covers the Site only — the Xcode Web AI application at app.xenomateria.com is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

1. Summary

The Site is a static marketing website. We do not operate accounts, sign-up forms, advertising, or analytics on it, and we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email.

2. Information we process

  • Information you send us. If you contact us at [email protected], we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message. This address is operated through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards messages to our mailbox.
  • Technical data from hosting. The Site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare automatically processes limited technical information needed to serve and secure the Site — such as your IP address, the date and time of each request, the pages or files requested, your approximate region, and your browser and device type. Cloudflare carries out this processing as our service provider.

We do not knowingly collect any other personal information through the Site.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your enquiries and correspond with you;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the EU or UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, on compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with:

  • service providers who process it on our behalf — currently Cloudflare, Inc. for website hosting, content delivery, security, and email routing; and
  • authorities or other parties where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers operate globally. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

7. Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or archived. Technical data held by our hosting provider is retained according to that provider’s own schedules.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, or to request data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

The Site is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Security

We rely on our hosting provider’s infrastructure security and on encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.

12. Contact
